OPEN for picking up iris orders:  Starting August 16, 2025  --  10am to 3 pm
           Friday, Saturday, Sunday  only.   Special times need to be pre-arranged.
                           
EVENTS:

Open Air Market:  April 26th and 27th, from  10 am to 5 pm
     Enchance your visit during a peak bloom weekend with shopping our hand picked vendors.
      A coffee trailer will also be at the farm for this event.

Art in the Garden:  May 10th and 11th, from 10 am to 5 pm
       Bring Mom out for a special outing.  We are elevating our garden experience with an array of
       artists to make the day special for Mom.  Coffee will also be served this weekend!

Harvest Market:  August 23th only  from 10 am to 3 pm
       This will be our third annual Harvest Market.  Come pick up your iris order and shop our vendors, pick a bouquet
       from our U-Pick field and have an iced coffee.  Stay for an iris demo, where we show you how to dig, divide, and
       plant your irises.  Plus we will answer all your iris questions.

Dig, Divide and Plant irises demo:  August 23rd at 11:00 am  and August 24th at 11:00 am

Your event:   We regularly host Car clubs, small birthday parties, Garden clubs, women's club, or a group of friends.  Call Lori at (916) 276-8145 to reserve a date and fee quote for a group event.
Sorry, We DO NOT host weddings or wedding receptions, our insurance does not allow it.

Picnic table reservations:  Mother's Day weekend, our shaded picnic table areas are available by reservation only.  We have 4 table areas that can sit up to 12 quests (more if own chairs are brought).  The times to reserve are 10:00, 12:00 and 2:00.  The times at the table are 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Cost is $35.00 for the time at the tables.  We will have an iris floral bouquet at the table for your visit.

Shaded table areas during the rest of the iris bloom season are first come first serve.  If you would like to reserve a shaded table area during our open garden times so you have a special spot for your
                                         picnic, they can be reserved at $8.00 per hour.

Photographers:
Farm use for Professional Photography photo sessions with clients or after hour photography:

We offer "farm use" year around.  This excludes the iris gardens in the months of April and May.
                                                         Cost is $30.00 for a 2 hour session.

Iris Garden during April and May for photographers:
We have a sliding date/price scale based on the bloom times in the garden.  These are all based on typical year of weather.  Extreme cold and warmth can skew these dates!
There are 2 gardens that can be can be booked.  The Main Garden or the Hill Garden.  Within these gardens we will allow 2 photograpers to book per time slot.  If you want the entire garden for your photo session, please book both time slots.  We don't charge extra for multiple session in your time slot.  As the blooms get going, we have 2 start times per evening.  First is a 1 hour slot starting at 5:15 pm.  The second is the golden hour time slot starting at 6:20 pm.  This one goes until the light is gone!

      Very Early and Very late:   very few blooms
April 1 -- April 7   and  May 19 -- May 31   5:15 start - 3 hours cost $40.00

       Midseason Blooms, pockets of blooms around each garden
April 8 -- April 15   and  May 11 -- May 18           5:15  start, 1 hour cost $40
                                                                                6:20  start, 2 hours cost $60.00
       Peak Bloom, when we anticipate the most blooms in our gardens
April 16 -- May 10           5:15  start,  1 hour cost $50.00
                                        6:20  start,  2 hours cost $80.00

       Horton Iris Garden booth will have about 100 varities of iris rhizomes for sale. ( ready to plant)
             Previously named the Eggplant Festival, The Fruit Shed Fest is a street festival with vendors, entertainment,
